RJ Young is pleased to announce Matt Marsh as their new Director of Sales, Kerry Pelham as their Branch Manager for their new location in Jackson, TN and Ab Brumfield as their new Middle Tennessee Branch Manager.

Matt Marsh
Matt Marsh will oversee all of the sales teams for the entire RJ Young footprint that now stretches across five states and 17 locations throughout the Southeast. Marsh and his family are currently relocating from Memphis to Nashville. Matt is also a member of RJ Young’s Leadership team.

Kerry Pelham will oversee the Jackson, TN branch. Recently, RJ Young acquired Caldwell’s Office Outfitters and Pelham has relocated from Hendersonville to Jackson to help with the acquisition and transition. Pelham’s previous role was Middle Tennessee Branch Manager.
Ab Brumfield
Ab Brumfield will take over Pelham’s previous role and oversee more than eight sales representatives covering territories in Bowling Green, KY, Clarksville, Dickson and Cookeville. Ab’s previous role was Sales Representative managing the Photocopy Supply customers after RJ Young acquired Photocopy Supply in September of 2009. Ab was previously an employee at Photocopy Supply and joined RJ Young after the acquisition.
RJ Young is also pleased to announce Phil Dixon as their new Regional Sales Manager and Jason Crapps as their new Canon Sales Manager.
Phil Dixon
Phil Dixon is now responsible for overseeing the sales manager’s and teams for the west region of the RJ Young footprint; which includes Jackson, Hattiesburg, Biloxi, Tupelo, Columbus and Memphis. Phil has been in the copier industry for over 28 years and specifically with RJ Young for six. Previously he was the Canon Team Sales Manager in Jackson, MS.
“Phil has done an amazing job building his team and will be essential to our continued growth in Mississippi and Memphis,” said Hunter McCarty COO RJ Young Company. Phil and his wife reside in Benton, MS, with their three children and three grandchildren. Phil is a graduate of Delta State University, which he attended on a baseball scholarship, and earned a BSE and MSE degree.
Jason Crapps
RJ Young is also pleased to announce Jason Crapps as their new Canon Sales Manager. Jason was previously a Sales Representative for Phil Dixon and had been with the company for four years. Recently he left to pursue other interests; we are excited to welcome him back to RJ Young.
